On the 3rd day of every month, Neopets sells everything in any Shop in Neopia, that you haggle the price, for half price.

Hidden Tower, Garage Sale and Krawk Island shops are NOT half price.

So everyone knows, I did a test on this for a few months to make sure it was true!!
