The Glass and Stone Paint Brushes can not be used anymore. All other retired paint brushes can be used. If in doubt, check the colors for prts at the Rainbow Pool.

12- Getting 50 people to sign up with Neopets, through you referring them will make you eligible to receive a randomly selected basic color Paint Brush.
13. Getting 100 people to sign up with Neopets, through you referring them will make you eligible to receive a MEGA RARE randomly selected exotic colored Paint Brush.
14- Starter Paint Brushes come in the Newbie Packs, of a new account but can not be sold or traded. They only come in these basic colors, Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow.

Pet Paint Brushes and Petpet Paint Brushes are one time use ONLY.

When buying a Pet/Petpet paint brush, and you plan on painting a pet, make sure that it's not a paint brush plushie , you cannot paint with those.
