it's luck. Sometimes you will pick something from the pile, but most of the time you will wake him up and get blasted. AND there are also the "close call" times where he will wake up, look at you, and go back to sleep without blasting you.

And if it tells you to come back later, that means you have already tried to steal something from him while he's been asleep for this hour.

There is NO time to get "better" prizes. Neopets, and many, many tests over the years have proven that out, in the long run.

Please don't post the times you think you get better things. Thanks

You can only visit him once during each hour that he is asleep.
