Getting an item from here is really rare.

They let you refresh the page a few times and then they say,

"Visiting the Smugglers Cove too much is a bad idea... you don't want to attract attention to their illicit activities do you? They will not let you pass. Please wait a while before you return!"

Then you have to wait about ½ an hour to try again for a few refreshes!

You should carry at least 100 Dubloons in your Inventory when you go there. Some things cost less, some more.
