Don't grab the green things unless you have been attacked at least once. (the green things increase your health) Otherwise you are just wasting them

One other thing is that if you aren't reasonably quick the ghosts will get bigger.
With one of the ghosts if you kill it,three little ghosts will take its place. Be careful these little ghosts can still kill you.
