On the first level, travel all the way to the top left corner off the mine. Shoot the rocks on the ceiling down until a gem is revealed. This hidden gem is worth a 20 point bonus.

I suggest that you don't shoot the monster things unless you are really good at controlling the space ship. I find I have to focus on trying to control it and if I worry about the monsters I crash.

When your ball of ore begins to swing and it's about to hit a wall, press N to let go of it. If you don't, the ball of ore will explode, causing your ship to explode as well!

" Kreludan Mining Game Tips "

OK, gang, here are some useful tips on The new Kreludan Mining Game:
1. Remember that the "metal" (glowing ball) acts like a pendulum. You can slow/stop its swinging by thrusting at an angle in the opposite direction that it is swinging, helps ALOT in higher levels.

2. Short controlled bursts and patience are the key to the higher levels.

3. Get familiar with the levels and know where the SAF (Sentient Alien Fungus) are located. You can boost your score by killing them all before you finish the level. Also in higher levels its easier to "clear you path" by following the path BEFORE you carry the metal ball.

4. FYI The default controls are:
B: Activate tractor beam
N: Disengage tractor beam
Space Bar: Fire Lasers
up Arrow: Thrust
side arrows: Left and right.

You can set the controls to whatever you want which may or may not help.

My only tips are: even when you have the ball of metal, don't let it touch anything else, or else you lose a life. Don't constantly thrust your ship. Apply quick, light bursts. Also, if you drop the ball by mistake, it will reappear anyway, so no worries there.
