ok. so there's these things called "mains" and "mini's", I'm still figuring out the mini's, but I'll give u the definitions in good o'l kadoate board talk.

Main – Main is when the majority of the FED kadoaties ask for new items

Mini – Mini is when one or just a few of the FED kadoaties ask for new items.

ok, so mini's I don't know the time-table of, however mains happen once every 28 min. say one goes at :12 ( 12 min past whatever hour ), in 28 min, at :40 you refresh again.

The mains happen right on the minute mark,

now say it doesn't refresh then... ( this happens quite often ), 7 min later is the next minimum time it'd refresh, so :47, and this is called pending. the kadodites average pend time is about s or 4 shifts of 7's, but its random. so refresh at each one, :47, :54, :01, :08... then when the main goes, you wait 28 min and do it again.

now, there are guides on what food items to have, you have 3 options,

You can try to put common food items into your inventory ( just take a look at common items on kadoate boards on the boards... they post a list every main ),

You can dig stuff out of your SDB

You can use the shop wiz
