Invasion of Meridell Guide " I got this tip from a high 1st place trophy winner it's awesome! It's from kevinprien, props to him! Me: Hey on your lookup it says you don't mind giving away hints for invasion of meridell, I like this game a lot but it gets hard for me at round 6, at least since I last played it was. I started playing again yesterday and now I am at mission 5. Any hints you can give me? Him: start with your army. delete till you have at least a 9 on your techo and 8-11 on your moehog. on the first 3 battles get every one to get 3 enemies but your skeith. on your second set of battles get your moehog and your techo and your scorchio to get 6 additional enemys each. dont get the prize unless you are confident not to lose as you dont get the opportunity to advance your status again from getting the prize. continue advancing the techo and moehog over everyone else. the techo will be your best player. get battleax for moehog, scorchio, and skeith. scroll for grundo. and sword for techo. get shield for techo. helmet for moehog, amulet for skeith, body armor for scorchio and red robe for grundo. when you get to the grundo level you can change to a grundo instead of the scorchio so you have more healing power when you get to the more powerful levels. this is best done if you have a scroll attached to your scorchio or moehog or skeith to give to the grundo there is generally a battleax to be had on the grundo screen. also when you get to level 8 (the hardest level) switch your skeith out with a skeith that is level 18-16 be sure you have weapon and defence to change out before finishing off last opponent Him again: i sent my standard start up answer but basically your real challange is going to be level 8 and it helps to have two grundos that you get on level 5. by healing back and forth you can get by but it is difficult. try to have no more than 2 opponents on any of your players at one time and keep your wizard at the rear simply healing |

Re: Meridell War's Back, Need Strategy Tips " Are you talking about Invasion of Meridell? If you're at the Scorchios It's hard because they ignore you and go right to the villages. My tip is make a wall with your guys if front of the Scorchios and have one guy fend off the rest of the "regular" enemies. |

Meridell War's Back, Need Strategy Tips " I'm at level four in the battle, and I can't figure out a good strategy to beat all those Scorchios. Also, I wonder if I'll ever be able to have more that four soldiers. |

"Invasion
of Meridell" I got one third place Trophy in this game. I would've gotten higher if only I didn't keep losing at the scorchio level. Basically it's like neoquest, plus you control an army instead of a hero. It's quite easy once you figured out what combo to use Moehog-The helmet, and the force field spell. It says the Moehog is great for stealing the "lost" item, but I disagree. I think that using it's unique 3 spaces per turn to defend the village and to charge. Grarrl- Teleportation amulet and beserker battle axe. This is who I say can steal the lost item the fastest. The amulet give you the ability to teleport to all but the three top row of the opponent side. The bersker battleaxe would give the grarrl a move after teleportation. It can be used to strike or just to move. This shouldn't be used to defend, but to attack with. Scorchio- Bow, the red robe(can't remember the names The rest I'm not really sure of, because I didn't use them. To be able to win each mission, you have to make sure, A: you get the "lost item" usually in the form of a trophy. B: You defeated all three waves of the same creature. C: You don't lose more than 4 village per battle. It's okay to lose a battle, because you start at the beginning of the same mission. Just that the item you earned, the exp/saves you get and the creature you swapped with will vanish. If you get the lost item, it's remains yours when you lose. Hope this guide helps some people |
